How to stop incoming calls

We use Square app on an inphone paired to the Square Reader.  Incoming phone calls still come through while we are processing payments.  I thought Square over-rode incoming calls.  How do I stop this

Thanks for getting in touch!

The iOS operating system doesn't actually allow Square to block incoming calls, but there are some workarounds I can suggest:

- If your phone is connected to WiFi internet you can simply turn on Airplane Mode to prevent inbound phone calls coming to the device while taking payments

- If you need to take calls in between payments we recommend multiple mobile devices - one to take payments and one to take calls
