How to set up Shipping Profiles by Weight in Squar...

I need to set up a shipping profile by weight, but only have the option of per item & per order. Can anyone shed some light on why I don't have the option? is it because I only have the free site at the moment? tia

Let me know if these steps work for you.

Square Online Overview > Fulfilment > Shipping > Add Shipping Profile > Rates > How do you want to charge shipping? > Based on Order Weight

It's also worth checking that each item has a weight listed as well. You can check this by going to Square Online site > Items > Site Items and clicking on the individual item.
