How to rearrange items

I've added a new item to my list. It has been added to the bottom of the old list. I want to move it to the top. How do I do that.

It would help if there was a better help system. I type in what I am searchiong for but the results refer to hardware only.

Hi. I have got around this by having a Latest category. When adding a new item, I add it to this category and category items can be rearranged. If you wanted a set number of items in this category you can remove the ones no longer needed. Hope this helps. Tony
