How to quickly find an open ticket?

We use a lot of tickets at my store. Sometimes we have dozens of tickets open at any one time.

When you get to that number, it starts getting difficult to find someone’s ticket quickly. Is there anyway to search for a particular ticket on the point of sale screen?

Or, is there a way to make tickets appear alphabetically rather than by the time and date they were entered?

As far as I know there is no way to sort Tickets by Alphabetical order.  But you might be able to edit the Name of them from the date to anything you like.  I do this with Saved Carts sometimes.  So if you put the Person who is making the Ticket then the Seat or Table number for example Cahnge the Time Stamp to   Tim - TBL5    for Tims order at Table 5.  Then you can look for that instead of the Time stamp and the code at the end.  Or maybe you might have a better naming pattern you would like to use.
