How to pay out vendors from the Cash Register using Square's Cash Management feature.

Hello everyone, I don't know why this is so complex but I need square community help, I tried techs and they seem clueless or maybe I'm not correctly implying the problem.  So here it goes, lets say if I have a supplier who deliver a case of coca cola and I have to pay $30 cash from the drawer! Is there a instant payout option on the square restaurant quick service where I can pay the supplier and it helps me track the cash at end of day drawer! I have worked with ncr, nrs, oracale and everyone has it but square techs seem clueless!  Please help

Sorry for any confusion you've encountered here, @Bagelman1028!

This is most certainly possible with Square's Cash Management feature. 

You can record transfers and withdrawals from your cash drawer outside of cash sales. Cash paid in and out appears in the drawer history, with both the description you enter and the total amount in the drawer.

Here's how to set it up: 

Step 1: Add the Cash Management Add-on 

1. Open your point of sale app.
2. Tap ≡ More > Settings.
3. Scroll down to Add-ons and tap the plus sign (+).
4. Tap Cash Management > Add for free.

- Once you turn on cash management from the Square POS apps or Square hardware, it will only be enabled for that specific device.

Step 2: Edit your Cash Management settings

1. Open your point of sale app.
2. Tap ≡ More > Settings.
3. Scroll down to Add-ons and tap Cash Management.
4. Customize your default starting cash and email preferences for your cash report.

- Any changes you make to your settings will automatically save on that specific device.

Step 3: Record Cash Paid In/Out

1. Open your point of sale app.

2. Tap ≡ More.

3. Tap Reports > Current Drawer.

4. Tap Pay In/Out.

5. Enter the cash amount and a description.

6. Tap Pay In if you add cash, or Pay Out if you remove cash.

7. Tap Confirm Pay In or Confirm Pay Out.
