How to manage multiple locations and multiple card readers

Hi guys I'm really struggling to get this sorted.

We run events every Thursday in 4 citys across the UK. We have 4 card readers, one for each city, and in each city there is a small team of event hosts that use the card readers. How can I divide payments up so I can actually see where each payment is coming from? Without meaning each host has to have an independent login if this can be avoided.

Hi @Langex, welcome to the Seller Community 🙂

Apologies for the delayed response. Have you seen our multiple locations function?

The multi-location management tool includes linked locations and transfer options, per-location item libraries, device management for security and premium multi-location reports.

If your business has multiple locations, you can manage everything right from your online Square Dashboard. You can create unique business profiles for each location with specific business hours and individual bank accounts or tags to differentiate transfers. Location-specific reporting also gives you more granular insight into each location’s performance and of course, you can differentiate between payments.

Having multiple locations does not mean each member will need an individual login either, you simply enter the email and password and then the 4 locations will populate and they select their designated location.

We have more in-depth info on managing multiple locations here, feel free to have a read of it and then let me know if you have any questions, I'd be happy to help!
