How to fix my connection with my square reader, cause it's not reacting with my phone.

I'm having trouble connecting my reader with my mobile phone, they're not interacting and nothing's happen, theres no loading screen or signs of connect is there any way to solve this I tried many of the trouble shooters and it's not taking any affect.
