So I’m trying to create a QR code checkout link for a Theatre programme: QR code goes in the programme and customers use this to pay for it.
The link itself works fine, but whenever I select any other fulfilment option other than Shipping, the product either goes out of stock or it says there is an error when you click the checkout button. When I include Shipping as a fulfilment option, an error pops up showing that we don’t delivery to that address.
Obviously we don’t ship the item as the customer already has it. How can I use this with PickUp or Self Serve fulfilment option without it causing an error?

It sounds like the fulfilment options are not yet set up properly on your Square Online Dashboard > Fulfilment.
When you have a moment can you take a look at each of the options below & let me know what you have set up for each?
You would need to input your business details in the Pick Up & Delivery section.
If after doing so the link is still not working, please paste it here and I can take a look.
