How to apply percentage discount to total sale

I use Etsy and input the sale into Square manually afterwards (I don't want to sync Etsy and Square.) I have a 15% of discount coupon on Etsy that's applied to the total sale price, but when I apply the 15% discount on Square it applies it to each individual item in the sale rather than the subtotal of the sale.

How can I apply a Square discount to the total sale rather than each item?

At this time, Square Discounts cannot be applied to the subtotal. We’d love it if you'd submit this request on our Ideate page for Square Point of Sale.
