How to amend an invoice after it has been paid

I am trying to amend an invoice that i raised last month and was paid. We wrongly entered a wrong tax percentage against a few products and billed with the wrong tax. We need to amend those invoices to reflect the right tax amount.

Hey @ashaatrading. 

Once you send out an invoice and get paid for it, the system will not allow you to edit it. In this case, you will need to refund the customer and charge them again.
