I want to add a new other user to my account / point of sale, actually. It will be my first add but was unable to find my answer anywhere else in the app. Can someone give me a hand?
Hi @Jeffrey1B Sign into your web dashboard. Then go to Staff & Payroll > Team. There you can add a new team member. You'll need an email address if they are going to have access to your web dashboard, as well as a cell phone number.
With the free tier of team management, you can have one permission set to control access to your account -- in addition to the Owner permission set that you already have and use. You'll want to review that permission set at Team > Permissions and change as needed.
