How long does it take to get the money transferred into bank account?

Hello, 

I’ve been waiting 4 days for the money that I got on the square box to be transferred to my bank account. My bank account information has been verified. Please help

me out

I see that you are new here , so welcome to the Square Community.  Transfers should typically only take 2 business days, depending on your bank.  Is this your first transactions with Square?  Are you seeing any notifications in your dashboard area?  Have you checked the transaction history to make sure that It was sent to the bank account attached?  

If all of those above are good, then you may need to reach out to Customer Service team to have them take a look into your account to see what the issue of transfer is.

While I'm not familiar with Canadian baking regulations, I do know that here in the US there are a few behind the scenes checks that can slow down the initial transfers from a new account. Yes, your account has been verified by Square, but I'm betting the government also is doing some checks to make sure your business is a legitimate venture. 

I've seen initial transfers take 5-7 business days to fully clear all the checks before it's available to the sellers. This is relatively normal, and as you process more and clear all the verification, your transfers will start showing up quicker and quicker. I'd say within two weeks you'll see your transfers hit your account the next day.

I would agree with the others here, generally it is a couple business days.  Newer accounts can be longer, or a deposit that is way outside the norm like a $12k transaction if your normal is $12 could be delayed.  Check your transactions history here. https://app.squareup.com/dashboard/sales/transactions
