I’ve created a coupon code in Square Online/Marketing and it appears active in my dashboard, however I can’t work out how customers are supposed to enter the code during the Square Appointments booking flow.
I’m using the native Square Appointments online booking page for my barbershop.
I created a coupon code called MONDAY10 for $10 off selected services, but when I test the booking flow there is no field at checkout for customers to enter the coupon code.
I’m trying to find out:
- Are coupon codes supported in Square Appointments checkout?
- If so, where does the customer enter the code?
- Is there a setting that enables promo/coupon fields during appointment booking?
- Or are coupons only supported for Square Online stores and not appointment bookings?
Would appreciate any help from anyone currently using discount/promo codes successfully with Square Appointments.
