I have had an iphone as my customer display for a while. I got a new iphone, but the ipad won't find the new iphone when I use Settings-Hardware-customer display- connect a display.
Any search that I've done in support only discusses the square register display.

What kind of hardware are you using to set up the Customer Display?

Bluetooth is off for the iphone and both have ios 14. Both are conn

Have you also double-checked to make sure the Point of Sale app itself is running its more current software version?
If you continue to have issues once you confirm your app is up to date, we would recommend flagging this over to our Support Team directly. They can take a deeper dive with you to make sure this finds a resolution.

Yes, I have tried it using the regular version and the "new upgrade" version that has the different user interface.
