How do I turn off loyalty rewards immediately?

I've cancelled my loyalty subscription but it's still showing up at checkout in my online store when I did a test run. With decreased business, I can't afford to be paying out loyalty rewards any longer. I see that my subscription goes to the end of May but I'd like to cancel immediately.

 

I'm not able to delete my current rewards in Loyalty>Manage my rewards.

Hi there,

 

You can turn off the loyalty program on your POS by going to Settings > Loyalty > Off.

 

You can also go into your Square Dashboard > Loyalty > Settings >deselect any locations.

Thanks for the reply but the system won't let me deselect the location. It won't let me bypass the pop up or remove the rewards.  It's forcing me to have the fields populated. So strange.

It's a real head scratcher.

It was definitely a job for support, they had to deactivate it from behind the scenes for immediate disappearance. Because I had already paid for May, the system wanted to make sure I had access for the rest of the month.

It's all taken care of now and no longer something that pops up at check out.

I just wanted to round back here in case someone saw this question and was wondering the same thing.
