How do I sync Square online with Facebook store?

I have followed all the prompts to connect my Square Online Store to my Facebook Page, but my Facebook store is still not showing any products. Should my products automatically sync, or do I need to export something to upload? Facebook just prompts to reenter products one at a time....

No. Literally nothing happens to your profile. It’s a commerce account that is separate from your business page profile.

Hi @Krist5,

 

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Facebook integration. Have you had a chance to go through the troubleshooting steps in this thread yet? You might have to deactivate your commerce account, and create a new one via the Square Online integration. Looking forward to hearing back from you!

We are having this same issue. I have put in the meta code, created the pixel, followed all steps. Still getting error message that 'something went wrong with the catalog' and the 'pixel is not ready.' We've been having this issue for over a week - considering changing operating systems because of it. I have contacted Square and Facebook and both tell me it's a problem on the other end. Also getting errors that we're missing things in 'columns' such as price, availability, etc. Not sure what that means. Please help!!

We are also having issues.  The last date of our sync working was June 11th.  Does it have something to do with the Apple IOS update?  ugh!!! we need to be able to link our items through our social media posts,

Thanks for writing in, and I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Facebook Store.

 

While we can't look into your account settings via our community forum, have you given these steps a try yet? @Ferninthewild also shared some troubleshooting steps in this thread. They mention deactivating their my commerce account and creating a new one via the Square Online integration.
