I can't find my old address anywhere on the site, in any setting anywhere, and yet it continues to show up at the bottom of my receipts for online purchases. How can i change this? Thanks

I have a couple of places to check to make sure you've edited your address. First, I would recommend to check this customize receipt Support Article that has the steps to update that information that shows on your receipts. Another area to check would be your business information in your main settings.
If those two areas are showing the correct address and you're still seeing the incorrect address with your online receipts, please let me know! I am happy to circle back with you.
Hi Kassi, thank you for this, I've double checked what you suggested, the location of my business is set to my current address, and it was also my current address in the receipt page, and I even tried toggling to not show an address on the receipt. But then I make a test booking and lo and behold, my old address is still at the bottom! I really can't understand it, think it must be a bug.

If you go to your Dashboard > Online Store > Fulfillment Methods > Pickup & Delivery. That's another area where address could be stored. Once you make those changes, then unpublish and publish your site.
In the case that doesn't do the trick, I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Support team. They will be able to file a ticket if this looks like a bug. Use this number: 0800 098 8008, from Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM, British Time.
