How do I set the signature screen on Android Galaxy A6 to rotate to horizontal?

How do I set the signature screen on my Samsung Android Galaxy A6 phone to rotate to horizontal position?  All suggestions, so far, have not worked.  The auto rotate is on.  All other apps work.  Any idea on what I should do next?

Hello @LMTpst2019, I'm sorry for the frustration this has caused. We're aware of that this can happen with some Android devices with larger screens and our engineers are still working to address this.

Unfortunately I don't have a timeline to share for when this issue will be resolved but we'll let you know here when this has been fixed.
