How do I remove the address & Twitter from the bottom of our marketing campaign.

I have identified the store as a mobile store and I also entered all social media info and left twitter blank. It is still showing up. I cannot send marketing emails because it has my address and I am a mobile store. Please help!

I forgot to mention when I change to mobile store, hit save exit and go back it is still showing as a physical store!

@CBDRELIEF When you create a Marketing Campaign if you leave the fields for Twitter, Facebook and Instagram blank they will not display in the final email. You can confirm this when you review the campaign before you send it.

 

To remove your address can you try going to Account & Settings section of your Dashboard and click Locations. You should be able to delete the physical address information there. The that appears on your campaign emails (or not) address is based on the information you've added for a specific location, not the information you've added for your receipts.

 

Last but not least it these Dashboard troubleshooting steps should resolve any issues such as your settings not saving! You might need to clear your browsing history or switch to another browser!

I do not have a twitter and it's still showing up as empty. Also, when you change from physical to mobile on desktop-IT DOESNT WORK. I was able to do it from my mobile device. Please look into this glitch.
