I’ve been trying o troubleshoot on my own for a few days now but I’m completely lost. Customers are ordering from my site but the funds are not transferring to my square account ? When customers use PayPal that works perfectly fine, but whenever they manually enter in they’re card information the money is debited from they’re acct but I don’t see the funds coming to me. Can anyone help please ?
Have you tried contacting support directly? This is the Seller Community. None of us are going to be able to assist you.
