You may want to provide some more details as to what you have in mind.  Best I can figure from your post is you would like high quality photos but, you're on a budget.  You may already have a good quality camera - your smart phone and/or tablet.  For example, I have an iPhone 14 and use it all the time for everything including videos - it's amazing what details you can get but, you need to plan ahead a bit.  Think lighting, stabilization and background.  We use various lighting sources - all very inexpensive - from Ott Lights to small LEDs.  Search Amazon for "led photography light".  Next we use a Tripod to ensure no shakes.  We also have a small bracket for attaching the iPhone to the Tripod.  And consider a background that's not distracting - you want your items or products to stand out.  All in all, our investment was minimal and the end results look professional.  And assuming you have a home computer, there's some great FREE software out there that can be used to edit and/or enhance your photos.  Check out "Paintnet" - it has Photoshop like features and is quite easy to use.  Just our thoughts of course !
