How do I fix my square shipping profile?

I had a shipping profile and had to make a new one because I wasn't charging enough for one of my sites. But now it refuses to use that shipping profile and I even deleted the other shipping profiles. Then when that didn't work I deleted all of the profiles and refreshed and then remade the one I needed and it's still using one I deleted rather than using the only one on there.
