How do I enter prices to sync / show in square register

I am a retail store and have purchased Square Register hardware. I have entered all my products into Squareup.com account, however the prices have no synced across. I open my new store in the morning, so need urgent help to resolve the problem. I have watch all tutorials on entering stock/prices to square, but they still do no appear in my point of sale. HELP PLEASE.

Hello @Kristen22 I'm sorry you're having trouble with this. How are you adding your items in Squareup.com? Are you doing to your dashboard, and then Items > Item Library > Add items? Make sure you are clicking to save after you add an item.

If you are signed into your POS screen in your store with same Square ID/Password, your items should sync across all areas. The only issues comes into account if you are adding your items into your ONLINE website section in Squareup.com. Then there could be sync issues.
