In my Active Orders, I have a payment link that's been hanging out there since an event I did in early June. I can't find any way to delete it in the Orders tab. When I go to Payment Links > Transactions to find it there, the only option Square gives me is to "View in Orders," which cycles me right back to the Orders tab again. There's no option to delete, cancel, archive, etc. anywhere. In the mobile app, I went to Orders > Actions > Mark as Complete, but it won't let me select that payment link because it's unpaid. I want to clear it out of my orders so I can see NEW orders that are actually active and relevant. What am I missing? How do I get rid of this payment link that is never going to be paid because the customer switched to a cash payment instead after the link had already been generated?
