How do I create another user that has no permission to delete items?
I would like to create one more user who can view the items after scanning barcode.
I am using free account.
I can't find authorised representative settings under my dashboard.
Is this because I didn't subscribe paid subscription?
Hello @e12345678 thanks for your post. You'll find this setting under Team Management in your Dashboard. Here you can create a new team member and allow them certain permissions while restricting them from other parts of your account and tools. It sounds like you want to grant them access for Inventory purposes, so look for those settings when you create this access. I hope this helps answer your question.

click on the upper left menu where you see three horizontal lines...
Scroll all the way to bottom and see if you have the option for STAFF. If you do, click on Staff, then click on TEAM.
I don't have staff menu.

Im sorry @e12345678 . I do not know why you are not seeing staff menu. The only other resource I can direct you to is this post on Getting Started with Team Management. Maybe there are some instructions in that post that will help you.
You can also go to your dashboard and click on the magnifying glass in the upper right corner to do a search in your dashboard. Search Team Members and see if something comes up.

If you are not seeing the staff tab on the dashboard you might not have been given access to that section from the owner.
