How do I contact a customer who I sent a receipt to their phone? I need to speak with them as they didn’t return to pick up their purchase

It's not actually possible to obtain customers' personal info such as phone numbers and email addresses that were provided for the purposes of receiving a receipt.
In order to save customer information for later contact, you'd need to add them as a Customer Directory contact with their permission. Sorry we can't be of more help here - hopefully they'll realise they didn't pick up their purchase and get back in touch with you soon!
