How do I connect my IG to my square profile

I am trying to take advantage of the direct mailing feature of square but it will not accept my IG handle. I have tried going through the square business settings as well and it wont accept it there either. 

My IG is connected the other way directly into my square shop... so I know it works but it wont allow me to populate or continue on with the "incorrect" handle error through the email blast.

Hey there @Tnatinks

In order to be able to add your user name to the email campaign, you would just have to type it without the "@". 

For example for ours, it would be just Square instead of @Square.
