I'm wondering how I can change the event information to match the event people are registering for. Specifically this section of the digital receipts/invoices.

Before you are able to use the advanced email editor, you will need to setup your Email Sender Profile. Navigate to the Square Online dashboard, then click Communications > Email & Text Alerts > Add Profile
Now, that said, it is not currently possible to remove or edit the text you are referring to. 😞
I usually suggest adding an extra bit of text to clarify your instructions. I know this isn't ideal, but hopefully it will help clear up the verbiage somewhat.
