Currently, we get an email every day but it is set to 9am - 4pm AEDT, can we change this time frame?

Good question!
If your business hours are currently showing as 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. AEDT, you can edit this by navigating to your Locations settings via your online Square Dashboard.
Select a location and scroll down to where it says Business Hours to edit the timezone and availability of your business.
