How do I cancel / delete payment link

I have been selling tickets for an event and I have now reached full capacity.

How do I disable the payment link please ?

Hi @drjackson9, welcome to the Seller Community! Congratulations on your sale! If you are using Online Checkout link, you can deactivate it. To do so, go to your Dashboard > Online Checkout > Select the link > click on Deactivate on the bottom of the screen.

Hi @blueray, sorry for the delay in my response. 

When a customer placed an order through your Online Store, the order cannot be deleted but you can cancel some items or cancel the entire order and refund. If your customer made a purchase through your Checkout link, the transaction cannot be deleted but you can refund the customer and deactivate the checkout link as per the steps outlined above.
