How do I cancel an order before it shipped from Square?

So how can I cancel before you process the order save me the time from returning it after I receive it and having to wait for my money back?

I would like to know the same thing as I just ordered it and didn't realize can't use debit over $100 so no good to me. Can't call to cancel. Hoping to stop it right away before processing order but just says order # not found

Hello @Spagal! I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. 

To cancel an order you would have to call our Customer Success Team the same day. Even then they might not be able to cancel the order. 

I know I'm a little late with providing you with this information, but you can always start a return as soon as you receive the reader.
