How do I cancel a sale using iPhone app?

When using the iPhone app and enter a transaction I can't find any way of backing out of the transaction.  If I use the app on my tablet there is an option to clear the sale. Can anyone help me please?

You can use the "X" in the top right hand corner to back out of the transaction.
