I can't seem to figure out how to accept an egift card as payment. All I have are the following options when I try to charge a customer

It looks like a few payments types are missing. When you have a chance, please go into Settings > Check Out > Payment within your Square Point of Sale app. This should give you a list of payment types and you can enable them by dragging and dropping it under Main Payment Types.
