I received an email telling me that my account was being charged for a dispute on a transaction. The reason the customer listed for the dispute was that I didn’t use the tap feature for the sale. I only ever use the swipe, and I never take card numbers over the phone. This was a legitimate sale on my part and the customer just got products, plus their money back. How can I fight this?
