I have a few customers who opted out of text notifications and want to re subscribe. We can’t find an option for customer to re subscribe to text notifications for their appointments. Hopefully someone here knows how to do this.

If your customers still have the original SMS can they try replying with the word START and see if that re-enables things?
If they no longer have the original messages, you'll need to get in touch with support for more help here!

1. Sign in to your Square account
2. Head to our contact page https://squareup.com/help/au/en/contact
3. Go to "Other"" then "I don't see my issue"
4. Click "Message us" or "Email us"
