How can I remove the preset cancellation policy ‘We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment.’ ?
I was able to place own cancellation policy but not able to remove the presetting sentence. Please help.
Originally I thought no, but I think I found a workaround!
@Ayano if you change your cutoff time to None in your Calendar and Booking options it will then eliminate the language in your cancellation policy.
