The app is asking for a passcode which I never set up and I don’t know what to do or where to find the answer. I need step-by-step instructions
@Qxwoman Log into your online dashboard on a computer, and from there you can get to where the "owner passcode" is or get help on resetting it. Sounds like you have device management turned on, or the permissions enabled to restrict who can do what.
