Hello everyone, I’m setting up permissions for a new employee but it’s not working correctly. I’ve set permissions specifically for just item management and categories for them but it won’t let them login to square.online.
I randomly set different combinations of permissions, but it all leads to the same problem. It only works when I give full access but business information and sales and reports are not what I wish to share with them.
is anyone else having this problem with permissions not working correctly for team management?

It sounds like you may have granted these Team Members access to item management for your Square Point of Sale instead of your Square Online Store. You would need to enable the Permission below to grant them access to your Online items:
