How can I enter orders into the POS app?

The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Sales entered thru my POS app (Android) are not generating orders.

When entering sales thru the POS app they are only showing up as transactions--not orders.  Online sales are showing up as both as expected.  How do I get sales entered thru the Square app to show as orders as well?

I think you're referring to a feature request like this one. As of right now, we do not have a way for sellers to enter orders into the POS. Only orders placed using the Online Store will show up as orders. The rest will be transactions if you take the payment in person. Please let me know if I've misunderstood you 😊
