How can I download the app to tablet and phone

I’m new to Square. I downloaded the app to my iPad before the gadget arrived (the Reader) but now Square won’t let me download it to my HTC phone which is where I need it most. How can i do it?

Replying to my own question: It looks like the HTC phone is either not supported or is untested.

Hi @Violette, I had a quick look on my end here as well and it looks like HTC phones are on our list of compatible devices. You can use the reader with the iPad since the app is downloaded there or if the reader is not what you need, you can also return it to us.
