How am I able to add multiple customers to a Group I have created in the Customer Directory??
I have some customers who are "Members" and I want to identify them in the directory using a Group. The customers already exist in my directory. How can I get them into this "Member" group Manually? Do I need to re-import a list? Or do I need to do it one at a time in their profiles?

Your online Customer Directory allows you to add multiple profiles to an existing group, such as the one you made. You can also delete multiple profiles at a time, and select multiple profiles that need to be merged to resolve duplicates.
To do so from your online Square Dashboard:
Keep in mind that deleted profiles can’t be restored, so be mindful of any bulk actions you’re taking in your directory. If a profile is accidentally deleted, merged, or added to a group, the profile must be manually recreated or removed from a group.

Just to confirm, I will have to manually check off every customer I want to add to a group I created?
There is no way to have a list of customers and bulk upload them to a group in my directory without doing that?
Hi there, @LukeNieuw 👋 I can step in for Isabelle on this one! This is correct - you will need to manually add customers to a group you created. Bulk Upload via CSV is available when importing customers to Square, but automatically applying them to specific groups would remain a Feature Request.
Isabelle and I would be happy to flag this over to our Product Teams for visibility, though! This would be a great addition to the Customer Directory.
