Help with manual card payment please

We use to be Abel to enter amount on screen and tha do manual payment for phone order. But suddenly it won’t let me enter the amount on the screen. Can anyone help me with this. I am new to this system

I'm not actually familiar with Abel - is this an app that uses Square as a payment system? Or are you manually keying transactions on the Square Point of Sale app?
