I hope someone can help me out.
I have been unable to renew my domain name (20-7-26) as a result of an unresolved system error. The helpdesk confirmed by email that there was a technical issue. They said that the only solution was to unsubscribe me (they did so) and to subscribe again. I try and try. But this solution also doesn't work and my website is already offline. In two weeks I'll lose everything. It's only about an amount of 18 euro,- I will be happy to pay. I'm already a Weebly client for website and domain name for a long time. Never had any problems with payment.
Is there someone who had the same problem who managed to get out? Please contact me.
