Where is my deleted items, how can i find them

Hi @transusa.  If you are saying that you deleted some items from your item library, you can’t get them back.  You have to re-create them if you are going to sell deleted items again in the future.

 

This does not mean that when you deleted items you lost the sales history.  Sales history is not impacted by deleting an item so you can always go back and see it for any item — active or not.

We have over 3000 items on the shelf. If someone accidentally deletes an item and doesn't inform me, the item will remain on the shelf without my knowledge. This creates a problem where I have items on the shelf that I don't realize are still there.

When you go to cancelled invoices and recent activity, it shows that you cancelled the invoice. However, someone else cancelled the invoice, but it indicates that you did.

I'm not sure that I am understanding the issue here. Are you looking for deleted items from your item library? 

Or cancelled Invoices?

 

Invoices can only be cancelled by the Seller.

1.  In regards to the deleted items, once deleted it vanishes from the system without notifying me the it was taken out.  Could you at least set up an alert that "this item has recently been deleted from your inventory" or something similar?  Otherwise out of sight out of mind and I will have physical inventory on the shelf that could have been returned for a credit.

 

2.  If I have 5 different users including myself, if one of the other users cancels an invoice it shows that I did it when in fact I did not.  It seems to default to me for these matters.  Can you change this to show which user performed the task, and not default it to me?
