Hello @Sales24 I'm sorry you're having trouble taking payments. Can you tell me more about how you're trying to process a sale? Are you using a Square reader on your phone? Or using a terminal, or ipad POS?
I'd also verify that you have a valid bank account linked to your account, because even if you are successful in taking a payment, you need to make sure you'll be able to receive a transfer out of your Square Balance into your bank account.
