I was told by one of my customers that they had ordered from my shop. I had not seen that anyone had ordered and thought it was odd. I refreshed my dashboard but still hadn't seen any orders or transactions and was wondering if anyone could help me.

Interesting question - according to Square's System Status site no issues were logged for several days. Was your customer able to provide you with any additional info - screen shot of order, email confirmation, an acknowledgement of a credit card account charged, etc. If you're not seeing anything on your side and the customer has no details, one can only assume that the order did not go through - contacting customer support would be one option and/or contacting the customer to see if they would be OK with trying again would be another - just a suggestion of course.
