Arrived at the office this morning to find...
1. My Website has only 8 products on it, it should be 150 plus products. 😲
2. Missing featured items section on the front of the website (probably because the item library is missing??)
3. My account profile name has changed to an old one
4. Notifications are showing new badge awards and all the old ones have vanished.
What's happening? Any ideas? 🤔

For the Community account: Your username is tied to your location. I'd recommend logging in and try selecting a different location to see if you can sign back into your other account!
For your website items: I can see about 128 items on the website right now and there are 2 items in the featured section. I can definitely escalate this to our engineering team and ask if it's possible to rollback any item library update to a previous version. Let me know if you would like to proceed with this. If you do, can you give me a rough timestamp for when you'd like the library to be reverted back to?
We got to the bottom of this and raised a few more questions. It was related to the activation of Kiosk, for some reason it took all the product except 8 off the online shop. We tried to bulk edit under action and update fulfilment methods to get the items back online but this didn't seem to work. At the item level it was still showing the item as active online but not showing the item online, but wouldn't bulk update. So we had to go through each item manually (there is a lot) make a change on the item, undo the change, save and that seemed to correct the issue. But the bulk update wouldn't work, we even tried bulk updating and adding the Kiosk Fulfilment option, but when you check at the item level it wasn't activating the Kiosks option under the 'Where its sold' section.
