Has anyone set up Membership items?

I see that there is a 'membership' item is available but doesn't seem to be a subscription, I can't see any options to set up recurring payment options such as monthly, annual etc

Thanks for getting in touch.

At the moment Square Online doesn't feature recurring payment options in Australia, though it's something we're hoping to release in the future!

In the meantime you can process recurring payments via Square Invoices - I know it's not the same as a customer being able to do it themselves online, I'll keep an eye out for the release of this feature and tag you in this thread once the feature is released.

Thanks @Seamus I thought that might be the case from the other information I had read through the site. That's a shame, I got a bit excited when I saw that option in the Items.  
I don't think the alternate is a good option unfortunately. Thanks though 🙂

Yes absolutely Seamus, I manage a few accounts both in Square and other platforms and think this would be a good offering.  This is needed for a client site offering 2 levels of membership.  🙂
