HTML Emails

Is there a way to use custom HTML emails without using squares email builder? Im looking to access the style block in the header of the HTML. Ideally i would prefer to code my own email from scratch but any help would be appreciated.

Hi @KnappType, thanks for your post and welcome to the Seller Community! Before we look into this together, are you looking to build custom emails for your Square Online site or are there different emails you are looking to change?

Hi @tranguyen , I'd like to ideally use my own html for the transactional emails that are baked into square. I've seen that the code insert module is there but this can be really limiting from a design and development perspective! It would be great if we had the tools to be able to fully customise these.

Thanks so much for that @KnappType! From checking this on my end, it looks like aside from the code insert element/module, there isn't a way to fully customise the transactional emails as of right now. However, I'll be sure to flag this to our Product team for consideration.

I would also encourage you to check out our Beta Community to join and potentially get access to new features first when we test them out.
