Greyed our sales in the Sales Report

We have put a sale through for two items, taken payment via Eftpos (which was approved). But when we go into Sales Report for the day, these 2 items are showing up in grey (as opposed to the rest in black) and not coming up included in the total of sales.

 

Why could this be?

Hey there @Ktraders, welcome to the Community 👋

 

It sounds like maybe those particular payments haven't been captured successfully. The payment may have voided, or need manually capturing. This can happen if you experienced any intermittent internet disconnection, or if you accidentally closed the signature screen for example.

 

Please log in to your Square Dashboard to check your Transaction Status report, and if your payment is showing there and is able to be captured, do so!
